At Build Your Bear’s Wardrobe, we believe in making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. That’s why we’re delighted to offer free delivery to mainland UK addresses on orders over £75. For orders under £75, there is a small delivery charge of £4.50 to cover our costs.

We use trusted services like Royal Mail, Collect+, and DPD couriers to ship your orders, ensuring they reach you on a standard delivery service within 5-10 days of purchase.

During checkout, you’ll also have the option to upgrade to our premium delivery service for just £7.99, for faster shipping.

For international orders, including Europe and the rest of the world, our website will automatically calculate delivery costs based on the weight of your order.

Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any eligible product* within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before sending any items back to ensure a smooth process.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or if something is missing from your order, please get in touch with us. We can send out a replacement or, if you prefer, process a refund. In certain cases, we may not require the damaged item to be returned (for example, when photographic evidence of the damage is provided).

Exclusions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Customised products, such as personalised items or printed t-shirts made especially for you.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or removed from their original packaging (including items with ear tags removed).
